How the AI-administered exam works

Section A — Knowledge (25 questions, 60% of your score). Randomized from a proctored bank across five domains. Graded instantly and privately server-side.

Section B — Professional Judgment (3 scenarios, 40%). Real transaction dilemmas — a bargain that smells wrong, family land without concurrence, an off-plan tower, an inducement. Your written responses are graded by the PropStack AI Examiner against a five-criterion rubric: issue spotting, legal accuracy, client protection, ethics, actionability — with written feedback on every answer.

Passing standard: 75% overall AND no scenario below 5/10 — you cannot pass on memorization while failing judgment. 90 minutes. Retakes open 48 hours after a fail. Credentials are valid 2 years and publicly verifiable.
